Find a little more room.
Glowstate is a Mac app that helps you notice meaningful changes in your Google Calendar and consider a practical next step.
A growing meeting load. Less uninterrupted time. A boundary that’s holding. Small insights, grounded in your schedule.
Meet Glowstate ↓Your meetings have gone from one hour of your workday to six, leaving just two hours available for focused work.
Consider setting aside some of that remaining time before more meetings fill your calendar.
Illustrative nudge using a made-up calendar. Your insights depend on your schedule.
Notice. Understand. Choose.
Look beyond today.
Connect Google and choose which calendars to include. Glowstate compares recent days with a rolling 30-day history to find meaningful patterns.
Make the insight relevant.
Your preferences and feedback help shape the suggestions. A useful nudge can offer one small action, draw attention to a change, or recognize a positive pattern.
Take what helps.
Read a short desktop nudge, give feedback, or dismiss it. Glowstate offers suggestions. It does not move meetings, send invitations, or change your calendar.
Your schedule.
Your say.
Calendar patterns are calculated on your Mac from event timing. Glowstate’s event requests exclude titles, descriptions, attendees, and locations.
Selected schedule summaries, your preferences, and nudge feedback are sent through Supabase to OpenAI to help write and check suggestions. Account information, preferences, and nudge history are stored in Supabase.
You can change your preferences, disconnect Google Calendar, or delete your account in Settings.
